Adding the Final Touches to Two Stunning New Build Homes

Partnering with a new property development company, based on a recommendation from an existing client, we put the finishing touches to two stunning new build properties in Bedale, North Yorkshire.

The project began with a remote consultation to discuss the needs of the homes, which will be rented out. After determining the need for a durable and long-lasting option throughout the downstairs areas, we decided on our Symphony Luxury Vinyl Tile range. Hardwearing and 100% waterproof, this floor will last in busy family homes.

As an outlet, we regularly buy surplus one-off stock from factories and wholesalers which allows us to offer up to 70% off RRPs on many of our products. As it happens, we had the perfect carpet to match. A durable polypropylene twist, which is bleach cleanable and hardwearing for areas such as the stairs & landing.

Finally, we decided on our stocked Mega-Tex range for the family bathrooms and en-suites. Textile-backed and incredibly thick, it was the perfect cost-effective option to allow a quick turnaround on this project.

After a site visit and survey, we finalised all choices with samples and we were ready to get to work. We introduced the client to independent installation teams, and helped make arrangements for the project. A full screed downstairs to level the subfloor before laying the LVT, followed shortly after by the carpet and vinyl installation.
