Owner
As the third generation of his family to work in the industry, Ben has firm family roots in all things flooring. From assisting customers with their projects, to ensuring everyone maintains an exemplary level of customer service, Ben works closely with everyone at The Flooring Outlet to keep striving for excellence.
Store Manager
Since starting as an apprentice with The Flooring Outlet over 10 years ago, James has focused on providing the best possible service to our customers. His knowledge of flooring is second to none. As our Store Manager, he ensures each project runs smoothly, and loves the satisfaction of a job well done.
Sales
Stuart has been with the company for 15 years, and in the flooring industry for over 50. He takes his love for all things flooring and applies his expertise to help our customers find their perfect flooring for less. This passion and his “tricks of the trade” makes him a true fountain of knowledge when it comes to getting projects completed on time – and within budget.
Delivery Driver & Warehouse
Jonny cuts, packs and delivers all of our customer’s orders while maintaining our focus on the perfect customer experience. For over a decade, Jonny has worked in the flooring industry. He loves to get out and about, meeting our customers, and helping them to complete their projects on time.
Customer Service Apprentice
Jake has a complete focus on ensuring we maintain the excellent customer service we’re known for. He loves taking on new challenges, speaking with customers, and one day hopes to manage his own store.
