Recent Work: Bathroom Flooring Supplied for JL Plumbing & Heating Project

This Sheffield bathroom renovation was completed in partnership with JL Plumbing & Heating, with flooring supplied by The Flooring Outlet as part of a full room transformation.
The original bathroom had a traditional layout with a large corner bath and a black-and-white tiled floor. As part of the refit, the space was reworked into a much more modern bathroom, with the corner bath removed and replaced by a new shower/bath setup, complete with an LED niche for a clean, high-end finish.
The finished room has a softer, warmer look, with neutral wall tiles, brass-style fittings, a feature mirror, a wood-effect vanity unit and matching wood-effect flooring. The floor helps bring the whole design together, adding warmth against the tiled walls while still being practical for a bathroom environment.
For this project, flooring options included both vinyl flooring and LVT, giving the customer a choice between two bathroom-friendly finishes. Both are well suited to busy family bathrooms, offering a stylish appearance with easy maintenance and good everyday durability.
This is a great example of how flooring can change the feel of a room just as much as the suite itself. Moving from the old checkerboard floor to a warmer wood-effect finish has helped turn the bathroom into a much calmer, more contemporary space.
